For all custom/bespoke/made to order products please allow an additional 1-7 working days before dispatch for the creation of this product depending upon its complexity and design.

As a guide, custom slip lead orders generally take 1 day, but if you have any queries please message before and I will try to accommodate as best as possible as sometimes it is a matter of if there is stock of the raw materials rather than time to make them.

 

Please note that custom products cannot be refunded as they cannot be resold unless they are faulty in which .case please message me and we will get a refund/replacement made up as soon as possible
